Do I need to provide anything?

Nope! Our vans are fully self-contained with water, power, and all grooming equipment.

Can I stay with my dog during the grooming?

Your dog will be in our care inside the van, but you’re welcome to check in at any time.

Do you groom senior or anxious pets?

We specialize in low-stress grooming for anxious pets and long-time senior clients. However, we do not accept new clients with dogs over 11–12 years old or those with significant health concerns, as it may be too stressful for them to adapt to a new environment. If your senior dog is already a client, we’ll continue to support their grooming needs with care and compassion.

Can you accommodate dogs with sensitive skin?

Absolutely. We use hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners designed specifically for sensitive skin. Be sure to let us know of any known allergies or skin issues during your consultation so we can tailor the grooming accordingly.

What if my dog has fleas or ticks?

We ask that any pet with a known flea or tick infestation be treated before their grooming appointment. If pests are discovered during grooming, a specialized cleaning fee may apply, and we may need to reschedule to protect other clients.

Can I set up recurring grooming appointments?

Yes! While we no longer use an automated system, you can book recurring sessions directly with your groomer after your first appointment or by calling our office. Regular grooming helps maintain your dog’s health and appearance.

Do you groom large or giant breeds?

Yes, we do! We’re equipped to groom dogs of all sizes. If you have a particularly large breed, just let us know in advance so we can make proper time and space accommodations.
